We want you to be satisfied with your Gloxi VitaBoost purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Important — Supplement Return Limitation

For health and safety reasons, and due to the nature of consumable nutritional supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened product. This is standard practice in the supplement industry and is compliant with FTC Mail Order Rule requirements when clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
  • Your order was never delivered (confirmed by carrier tracking after 45 business days)
  • Your order arrived damaged or with broken seals (photo evidence required within 7 days of delivery)
  • You received the wrong product (wrong item shipped)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Opened or partially used product
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Dissatisfaction with results (individual results vary — this is disclosed prior to purchase)
  • Orders delayed by customs in the destination country
  • Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address provided by the customer

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@gloxi.store within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • Description of the problem
We will respond within 3-5 business days.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local government. These are not refundable by gloxi.store.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

California Residents

California Civil Code Section 1723 requires that our refund policy be posted. This policy fulfills that requirement.
